Thank you all for your energy practising together on Saturday. It was lovely to see old and new faces. We have a recording of us singing a beautiful song with Joe from the morning.

Joe’s about to go and stay with the Plum Village community for a few months to write songs. He asked us to share his Soundcloud. And, he is involved with Peace Sounds, a little music label who release complications of songs about peace.

Whether or not you’ve joined us before, we would love for you to join us for our fourth family sangha meeting on Saturday 24th September. This will be at the Wandsworth Quaker Meeting House near Clapham Junction. Please contact us to let us know if you are thinking of coming, as this helps us to plan. People of all ages with or without children are welcome to come to this event. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
